Boxing Bootcamp

This is an intense boxing-based class that uses H.I.I.T – High Intensity Interval Training. You will give all your effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This will burn more fat in less time by keeping your heart rate up. Body weight exercises or hand weights may be used.

Boxing

45 Min. Boxing will work your whole body and mind. Our boxing trainers will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos. You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes and a focused mind. You will see an improvement in not only in your physical strength, but in your mental strength as well.

Kickboxing / Muay Thai

45 min. Kickboxing is a full-body workout that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches on either a free-standing heavy bag or a Muy Thai bag. Mitts With Andrew

60 min. One on one training with one of our USA Boxing coaches Andrew. You will be in this class with 3 other members, and work 2 minute rounds where Andrew focuses on technique and provides instant feedback.

Youth Boxing

45 min. Boxing is perfect for kids aged 8-24; in addition to teaching self-defense, it builds confidence, promotes physical activity, teaches self discipline, increases focus, and boosts social skills.

Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling (ne-waza) and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one’s opponent, gaining a dominant position and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

(4-7 yr old)

In our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, your child will learn the fundamental BJJ positions, including the guard, mount, and side control. They will also learn safe and controlled takedowns, submissions, and key defensive techniques to escape from various holds. Alongside these techniques, your child will engage in coordination and agility exercises crucial to the dynamic movements of BJJ.

Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

(8-12 yr old)

Our Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is tailored for young martial artists aged 8 to 12. We equip our learners with the skills and self-belief to tackle tough scenarios, fostering a deep sense of security and self-esteem. Our training approach ensures all-round growth, readying them for various life hurdles, both in the gym and beyond.

Teens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Open Gym

Come and work out on your own or do one of our preset workouts in one of our 6 areas in the gym. Trainer/coach will be on site but will not be available for instruction.
