Group Fitness Classes
All classes use various types of heavy bags. There is no sparring (one on one fighting). Classes will start with a warm up and end with cool down and stretching. Free weights and other equipment will be used for some classes.
Intro to Boxing
Learn the basics of boxing while getting some cardio in! You will learn
How to wrap your hands
Basic fighting stance
Punches - Jab, Cross, Hook & Uppercut
This class is a must if you have never taken boxing before, or if you need a refresher course. This class can be taken over and over until the moves become second nature!
Intro to Kickboxing
Feel empowered as you learn the fundamentals of kickboxing while throwing in a punch or two. Also use knees and elbows. Great way to start your week, or as a week ending stress reliever.
This is an intense boxing based class that uses H.I.I.T - High Intensity Interval Training. You will give all your effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This will burn more fat in less time by keeping your heart rate up.
Boxing will work your whole body and mind. Our boxing trainers will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos. You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes and a focused mind. You will see an improvement in not only in your physical strength, but in your mental strength as well.
Strength & serenity
Boxing & Yoga combined. You will do 45 minutes of Boxing and fitness exercises followed by 45 minutes of stretching Yoga.

Rock Steady Boxing improves the quality of life for people battling Parkinson’s disease through non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness training. Training classes include an exercise program that attacks Parkinson’s at its vulnerable neurological points, while focusing on overall fitness, strength training, fine motor skills, reaction time and balance.
No boxing experience is necessary and people of all ages are invited to participate
